Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Pocket Perfume is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly using your tracking details.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

Returns & Refunds

  • We do not accept returns or refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.
  • If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at onlinesales@apartdistribution.com for assistance.
