- At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All local VAT and taxes are included in your order price.
- Pocket Perfume is not responsible for any additional charges or delays caused by customs clearance.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- Pocket Perfume is not liable for packages lost or damaged during shipping. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly using your tracking details.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not accept returns or refunds for used or opened products due to hygiene reasons.
- If you receive an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at onlinesales@apartdistribution.com for assistance.
- If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in filing a claim.
